4. Mold base design: mold core configuration design

First of all, considering that the male mold side of the mold must rotate 180 degrees, and the mold kernel setting must be arranged in a cross and symmetrical manner, otherwise the mold cannot be closed and formed.

(1) Guide post: it has the function of guiding male mold and female mold Concentricity must be maintained in polychromatic modes.

(2) Return pin: because the mold must rotate, it is necessary to fix the ejector plate, and add a spring on the return pin to keep the ejector plate stable.

(4) Adjusting block (wear-resistant block): it is mainly used to adjust the Z coordinate value error of die height during die closing.

(5) Ejection mechanism: the design of ejection mode is the same as that of general molds.

(6) Cooling circuit design: the cooling circuit design of mold I and mold II shall be the same as far as possible.
